You DONT have to be MUSLIM to LEARN about ISLAM :D You owe it to yourself to learn the truths and myths of everything so why not learn about ISLAM from MUSLIMS themselves... and it doesn't hurt that there is free food at every event ;) Islam Awareness Week will start the week of Wednesday September 21st and end Tuesday September 27th. There will be at least one event everyday and the best part is ALL events are FREE! WEDNESDAY- Kickoff / Meet the Board - Maghreb, S'mores and Movie! For those who wish to pray in congregation, below are set prayer times for the RAC (basement of graduate student center, 3601 Locust Walk). Those who can spare the time are encouraged to wait for others to pray in congregation. Multiple times are given to accommodate for differing schedules.
Monday-Thursday:
- Dhuhr 1:10 PM/3:10 PM
- Asr 4:10 PM/5:10 PM
- Maghrib 6:30 PM/7:00 PM
- Isha 7:35 PM
Friday
The RAC closes at 8 PM on Monday-Thursday, and at 6 PM on Fridays
